Question: My nipple goes inside instead of out!?
my breast are small i am not over weight im pretty fit but not too fit no 6 pack or anything like that but my nipples have always gone inside instead of out and i really hate it and i want it to chance how can i get them to be out without having some type of doctor doing somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like they're inverted!.
You may be able to reverse this!. Go into a maternity store!. There are forms/bra inserts to bring out inverted nipples so women with nipples like that can nurse their babies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are called inverted nipples!. There are adhesions under the skin that are pulling the nipple inward!.
I hate to say it, but it is not a doctor who can fix it!. Either a boyfriend/husband from sucking or when you have a baby and it has a really good latch on, the baby can pull your nipples out from nursing!. I had sort of a similar problem, but I had flat nipples, they weren't inverted but just flat, but they are caused by adhesions as well, and it took nursing my first child to get the adhesions broken so they would stick out!. I had no idea I had this problem until I had problems nursing my baby!. Thankfully my first child's breastfeeding fixed the problem, so when baby #2 came along my nipples would stick out and we had no problems nursing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is normal there are a couple of things that could change it!. It all happens naturaly as your body grows in age or in a lot of cases when you get pregnant due to breast feeding most of the time it goes away before you hit 20 if not check it out with a doctor!. It is way more common in teen boys then in girls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a tricky question!. They usually go out when you're cold or aroused, but I'm not sure otherwise!. Maybe they will poke out later!. My nipples are not really out, but they are starting to go out more!. Maybe it is something that runs in the family!. I am seriously not sure, but it sounds normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
