Yes!.!.!.I mean, I told my mom about it, but that's b/c my mom and I have a very open relationship and I knew that she wouldn't care about it!.

Yes you should tell her! She'll notice sooner or later anyway!.!.!. and since you already did it there's really nothing she can do about it, she can't tell you no since you already shaved them!.
I think you should probably tell her that you want to sit down and talk about it though, and tell her that you feel uncomfortable with hairy legs, you feel mature enough to do it now, etc!. and let her know that you're not 9 anymore and you're growing into a young lady!. This way, she is less likely to punish you for it and will have more of a chance of being understanding!.

Yes!. Let her know why you decided to do it & not tell her!. Evidently you are now feeling some remorse!. Let her know that!. You want to keep the trust between you because as you get older you will want more privleges and that directly corresponds with how responsible you are!. The adult thing to do is to admit you should have consulted with her first!. She'll probably be upset at first, but you will get to shave again in the future--maybe just not as soon as you hoped!. Honesty is always better than trying to be deceitful!. Mom's have this great sense about figuring these things out, so she'll know soon enough & it's better she hear it from you ASAP!. It depends on what kind of mother you have!. Is she the strict authoritarian type who demands that you don't wear make-up and won't allow you to get your ears pierced until you're 18!? If so, you may not want to tell her!.

Well then I'm guessing you are a girl!. I asked my mom about shaving around 11 and most people have their mom explain to them first!. I do know some girls that just took the razor and shaved but they told their mom after!. You should tell her she can give you advice and she might be a little embarassed when she realizes she should have spoke to you about it already! Nothing bad can happen if you tell her she would realize that you are grown up! Hope I helped!

Oh wow!. Absolutely!. My daughter is 12 and she asked me if she could shave in 5th grade!. I told her when she got to 6th grade I would show her how to do it properly and we went to buy her her own razor and shaving cream!.
