Hmmm do you feel nauseous because of sexual activity or is it because you feel guilty about the actual act itself!?
Depending on what positions you are having sex in, can affect the way your body feels after wards!. Just like a lot of couples get back problems and such, because it's unusual pressure on the body!. Also, it may have to do with your partner and how they preform!. If your boyfriend is for lack of a better term, "thrusting you too hard," then yeah you're going to be in some pain!. I'd talk to your doctor/partner if you are worried!.
