Does my therapist know how much its affecting me?!
Question: Does my therapist know how much its affecting me!?
I've been seeing my therapist for six months, once a week!. She is going to leave next week and I am really sad about it!. I had my last session yesterday and I asked her if I should go next week since it is the last!. She told me to go but that she doesn't want to force me to go!. I really want to go but I don't want to start crying because she is leaving!. Before I left, I was crying and she said "you dont like goodbyes!?" I said "yea, i guess" and I walked out!. Does she know how much it is affecting me!? What should I do!? She wants me to continue seeing her at a new place she is going and she is going to give me the info next week!. I want to continue seeing her but the place is a bit far from my house!. I am going to see her next week but I don't know what to say!.!.!. Please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Definetly go see her because if anything you need to say goodbye and have closure!. You can always try another therapist and if it doesn't work out you can go back to her!. Do what's best for you!. Yes I am sure she is aware but you have to remember that she has a life and has to do what's best for her to!. Just take a deep breath and relax!. It will all come to you once you relax!.
