Answers:
Yes stress and exercise usually effects it!. Don't be worried!. Besides your period might be trying to get regular again from that other time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress of worrying or due to other reasons may delay periods!. Or it may be due a temporary problem of the mechanism of the body that controls mestruation!. Even stress can cause delays by altering the normal pattern by acting on the bodily mechanism that controls menstruation!.!.
Once it has been confirmed that there is no pregnancy , your
changes in the pattern of menstruation can be corrected by taking certain harmless hormone tablets for about 3 months!.
Such management depends on your age , and you have to meet a gynocaeologist for advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The stress of worrying definitely could delay your period quite a bit!.

Did you wait at least 19 days after the most-recent possibly-pregnancy-inducing sex before you tried the home pregnancy test!? You need to wait at least that long to get accurate results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it may be so! I would definitely recommend you to take a blood test!. Those are so accurate and you don't have to doubt them as you would a pee test! Goodluck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, that is most likely it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
