Question: Is this the start of my first period!?
I am 15 almost 16 and I still havent started my period!. But lately I have "cramps" [well, thats what i think they are]!. they really hurt!! and I am a tomboy, and this makes it hard for me to play sports with the guys!. What is this!? !.!.!.!.!.!.period!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

also try putting a hot water bottle on where the pain is to relax the muscles

its most likely your starting your period when you do sports try wearing a tampon it may be more comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
