Question: I am a late bloomer!. HELP!!?
I am 13 and all of my friends have cup bras!.!.!. I am in a sports the whole time!. I know people develop at different times but I wish the process would speed up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i do this trick!.
put your arms in a straight prayer position!.
push together as hard as you can
do this like 20 times a day!.
it makes the mucsle bigger!.
and also makes breasts bigger
because the breast muscle is getting worked out!.
i do this!.
i have noticed a diffrence!.
i wear a 30A
and sometimes thats too small
and i grew to a 30A snug,

and dont sleep in a bra!.

Sorry, there is nothing you can do until nature takes its course!. Do you have to wear a sports bra!? Can you wear a training bra or a AA cup bra instead!? Maybe you would feel better if you had a different kind of bra!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
same with me, but im fourteen and completley flatchested!. I wear a 30 aa or a 32 aa and adjust it so its tight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
