I know that your diet and stress level can affect the flow of your period!. If you have been eating more meat and dairy (more fat), it can make the flow heavier!. Or if you have been under more stress than usual, that can make it heavier too!. I get clots too!. Sometimes there are a lot and they are big, and sometimes I go months with out having any clots at all!. I would say it's normal to have a heavy flow once in a while!. If you keep getting heavy periods from now on though, you should go to the doctor and get checked out because it could be a sign of a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i always have blood clots and it changes how many and how big every month and sometimes i am so heavy i have to change every hour but then the next month im fine but if your period carries on longer than normal or you start to feel extremely tired i would get yourself to a doctor in europe because this is what happend to my aunt and she was heamoarghing (if thats how u spell it) and didnt know it, it was very serious so i would recommend calling a doctors helpline because its different for everyone and its better to be safe than sorry good luck xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
