I'm pretty big at almost 8", and my GF (we're both nearly 50 years old and she's already had a kid!.!.!. this isn't just a "young folks" thing) was pretty apprehensive about whether it would even fit the first time!.!.!. but it did!. It was a bit uncomfortable for her the first couple of times, but she got used to it quickly and enjoys it a lot now!.
