i just watched the utube video!.!.!.holycr@p!. ANyway!.!.!.!.

tip 1) It can take a few periods and practice before you get the hang of it

tip 2) Push the tampon waaay further than you think!. Most girls when their learning don't push it in far enough

tip 3) If you can sit down and not feel it after you've inserted it!.!.!.you've put it in properly!.!.yay!

tip 4) if it hurts or feels stuck when inserting just relax and change the angle slighlty

tip 5) taking it out is easy! just pull on the string gently and RELAX!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are good!. If you are on your period, just try it!. If you aren't on your period right now you can still try - just put some vaseline on the tampon first so its slides easier!.

Either way, put on leg up on the bathtub or something - it makes the angle better and they go in easier!.

Leave it in for a while, then pull it out!. You may want to do the same leg up thing to make pulling it out easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing to do is relax!. In turn, this relaxes your vaginal muscles and it'll be easier to insert the tampon!.

You might feel a little discomfort at first but that will pass!. It doesn't hurt, though!.

And yes that's a good brand!. As long as it's nto cardboard!. Now those are really uncomfortable!. :/Www@Answer-Health@Com

please do not just *TRY* a tampon!. ask your mom to help you or something, if you're embarassed go to another female adult!. tampons can cause toxic shock syndrome sometimes, you need an adult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

perfect,! they wont get lost or fall out and you should feel only slight pressure but no real pain or discomfort
read the directions carefully and compleatlyWww@Answer-Health@Com

OMG i want to too but how/!? HOW CAN I ASK MY MOM!?!?!? !! Way too embarrising!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The slim tampons are a good choice to start out with, so you're on the right track! But let me assure you, your tampon WILL NOT GET STUCK! Even if the string breaks off (worst case scenario that has never happened to me or anyone I know), it is still possibly to remove it with your fingers!. And a tampon is too big to travel up and get lost inside of you, so it will stay right where it is!.

It might hurt a little if you don't put it in far enough, so just make sure you get it all the way in and push the applicator down all the way!. If it does hurt though, just take it out, wait a little while so that your vagina can get moist again, and try a new one!. The only other thing that hurts is if you take out your tampon while it's still dry--that is, leaving it in for only a short time and not giving it time to absorb moisture!. In this case, just take it out very, very slowly and you'll be fine!.

I apologize for the lengthy response, but I hope I was able to help you!. Good luck and you'll get used to it before you know it! (It's kind of like wearing contacts--it's a bit frustrating at first, but eventually it's a piece of cake!)

I luv playtex gentle gilde, there all i use!. It might hurt if you don't put it in right, but you can just take it out and try again!. You might make it in on your first try, or it might take a while!. I've heard that you are not supposed to put vasilne on it to help it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
