TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome) generally is only associated with Tampons (being that they are left INSIDE the body) Obviously the Sanitary Towel is outside!. The only issue is the unhygienicness!. The sanitary towel will absorb the blood, so technically the blood won't be against your body, but it's still unpleasant and I wouldn't recommend it!.!.!.there will be a chance of infection!.

I think you mean a tampon rather than sanitary towel, there was concern about toxic shock syndrome with tampons and it was because the paper used to make them, was bleached to make the paper white with chlorine!.
It was was found that if a tampon was left in for 12 hours or so there was possibility of tcs, nowadays the chlorine is not used in the bleaching process, But I would have thought a women would want to her tampon every four hours or so for hygiene reasons if nothing elseWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you do mean a sanitary towel and not a tampon then no it's not dangerous at all - it will just make people avoid you because you'll probably smell bad!.
If you mean a tampon, then that is bad - you could risk infection or even toxic shock syndrome!.

I have many times and never had a problem!. I'll go from 4 or 5 pm to like 10 or 11 the next day!. I've never had an issue!.!.!.!. Sometimes you're busy, you sleep for more than 12 hours, you work for more than 12 hours, you dont ALWAYS have time to change it the recommended 8 hours or whatnot!. Don't worry, just dont go leaving it in for more than like 16 if you can avoid it!.!.!.!. I've never known anyone to have a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
sanitary towels cant hurt you, only tampons can cause problems if u leave them in longer than the recommended time!. the ony prob ul get if you dont change ur towel is that it will smell and people mite think u smell bad!.

not really!. it is goose but not danguerous!. otherwise ill be dead!. but it really stinks and i woulndt advise you to do that! i once had to because i have a phobia of thunder ad when i woke up there was a storm and i refused to take a shower, and was so scared i dint even think of just changing it! but tampons are another thing though!.now THOSE are a danger if you leave them on for a long time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
