Answers:
You may be anemic!. This means that you have a low red blood cell count!. Although RBCs (red blood cells) are continually disintegrating while new RBCs are being created in your bone marrow, if you already have a low RBC count, when you have a period, you may loose precious blood that your body was already lacking!. Take an iron supplement, and see a doctor to have a hemocrit (a test preformed by taking a sample of your blood to determine your RBC count)!. This is the ONLY way to know for sure!. When you don't have enough blood circulating around your body, your blood pressure may be low!. This makes it difficult for blood to travel to your tissues!. If blood is unable to travel sufficiantly to your brain, you may faint!. Of course, your fainting could be caused by something else as well, which is why you should see a physician either way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to take fainting seriously!.

Its best for you to keep your fluids up, take a multi vitamin, eat right and lay down for the day!.

However, you really do need to see your doctor about it!. It could be an Iron issue, blood sugar or blood pressure!. All of these can be serious!. You do not faint for no reason!.

If you faint again, go to the ER!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be!. i've fainted twice because of my period!. once at school and once at a staples!. it probably is the reason!. but just be super careful not to get up too fast and stuff!.

if you have any questions, feel free to message me and i'll try to help you!. : )Www@Answer-Health@Com

First time then its your body trying to adjust to the new hormones!. If it continues every period then go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
