But trust me, in your first few years of it, it sucks!.
If you need to, you could ask your mom to bring you to a store to get pads and/or tampons!. I recommend pads since you just started!.
If you start to get cramps, ibuprofen is your best friend!. If you can't find any pain relievers, take a heating pad and rest it on your lower abdomen!. It helps!.
