Question: Whats going on with my birth controll!?
i've been on it for probably five or six months now!.
i take it to make my periods lighter!.
i've never had sex!.
and my periods were regular before i went on it!.
just horrible to deal with!.
anyway, this month i kept forgetting to take it, but on the package it says that if i do that i can just take the skipped pill when i remember, and take the next on at the regular time!.
i had to do that four times maybe!.
i'm supposed to start my period tuesday!.
i started it on Sunday!. darkish think discharge!.
just now i've started BLEEDING!.
and it hurts!.

Taking birth control pills can definitely change your cycle and skipping and taking double doses I'm sure is not good for you!. Try and remember to take your pill at the same time and every day!. This is important to keep your body on track and on schedule!. Also you should go see your doctor just in case since you're experiencing pain just to make sure you're okay!. If you're having pain, it could just be cramps that are associated with your cycle!. Tell your doctor that you'ved been skipping pills and taking double doses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Like the dude says, BC messes around with your cycles!. BC is made up of hormones!. These hormones help to "trick" your body into thinking it's pregnant and bring about various physical changes (preventing ovulation, thickening mucous, etc) to keep you from getting pregnant!. So!.!.!.when your taking active pills your body doesn't usually menstrate (b/c hormones won't let it), but when you go off of them or take the "inactive pills" it will!. If you skip pills or take them irregularly than you can miss periods or have spotting sometimes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you have never had sex then dont worry, seriously!. nope!.!. I'm a dude!. but being on BC can change your menstrual cycle!. Dont worry!.!. about the dark discharge and means your starting your PD!Www@Answer-Health@Com
