Okay well first, just tell her to literally reach up and try to get it out with her thumb and pointer finger, that would be best, i mean you could even try helping her if you wanted to!. She could try pushing, using lubrication and trying to get it out!. If all of that fails, go to the doctor!. Sometimes women get tampons that don't seem to come out so, they go to the doctor!.
