Unknown health issue...any idea what it is?!

Question: Unknown health issue!.!.!.any idea what it is!?
On June 26th I felt itchy down there and suspected I had a yeast infection for the first time!. I bought the 7 day Monistat and took 2 days of treatment!. On June 28th I got my period as usual and took the second yeast dose and stopped!. I had no more itching and everything seemed normal so I forgot about it!. On July 7 I went to the gym as usual and fainted while cycling!. I went to the doctors feeling a bit more tired than usual and they did blood/ECG/urine tests!. The urine test showed I have white blood cells which means infection but the doc doesn't know what!. I hear the rest of the results Tues but I am getting anxious!

Any ideas on what it might be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
well, we all have white blood cells!. do you mean your wbc count was high!? this is called leukocytosis, which isnt a specific disease, but could be indicative of infection, but you're wanting to know what it COULD be, correct!? well, it could be a number of things- it may be related to the vaginal issue you have been experiencing, it may not be!. do you take an corticosteroids or anti-seizure meds!? a high count can also be cause by antibiotics, so if you were recently on penicillin, tetracycline, or any other antibiotic, let your doctor know (if it was prescribed by someone other than her and she doesnt have those records)!. a high wbc count can also be due to severe emotional or physical stress or an injury to the skin, like a burn!. its most likely not leukemia, which you may hear, although theres a small possibility!. dont worry too much, it is most likely related to vaginal infection!. just make sure any doctor you see has your complete medical history (especially recent history), and you must tell her about any recent issues you've had that she doesnt know about!. even if something seems unrelated, it may not be!. good luck and stay calm- odds are you will be just fine!.
p!.s!. vaginitis is also a condition- its the inflammation of the mucosa lined tissue; vaginosis is a bacterial infection (the most likely culprit)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, it's VaginOSIS!.

It sounds like Bacterial Vaginosis!. Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) is the name of a condition in women where the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina is disrupted and replaced by an overgrowth of certain bacteria!. It is sometimes accompanied by discharge, odor, pain, itching, or burning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the whole white cell thing just last week, they tested for uti, bacteria and chlaymdia!. Turned out none of the tests were positive, but I had a number of symptoms of a uti, so they ended up just giving me antibiotics for that saying that I may just have a mild uti which is why it didnt come up positive!.
So it could be a number of thigns really, just have to wait and see and keep an eye on your symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The Monistat may have helped!. Or, you might have a bacterial infection!. If you eat yogurt regularly you'll never get a yeast or bacterial infection again!. It's important to keep good and bad bacteria balanced!. Don't worry modern medicine is wonderful!. As far as feeling tired, you may be Anemic lacking Iron!.!.!.Have your Dr!. check your Hemoglobin!. Good luck, feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry!. It could be an infection down there with a combination of overdoing it on the bike!.
