I sweat alot?!
Question: I sweat alot!?
i sweat rell bad, i mean it doesnt smell cuz of my best friend the deoterant!. but i mean i sweatalot!. my armpits are constently wet!. even when im not hot!. it is embaressing around friends, and expecially guys!. boyfriends will hug me and my armpits will be super wet!. what do i do to prevent sweating!?!!?!!!?!!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

me too !.!. i sweat quite alot !.!. espescially come summertime !.!. takes one minute and im soaked!
there are special deodarants in the drugstores u can buy that are super strong and really do work
i used one called ''certain dri' for quite sometime !.!. u apply it before u go to bed and its very strong (stings sometiems -- espescially after shaving) !.!.!. but it works !.!.!. really keeps armpits dry !.!. i would use that at night and then a small amount of normal dedarant in the morning as well !.!.
also i find that the more deodarant i use the worse marks i get !.!.!. so i try to use it sparingly and i always carry a small deo in my purse !.!. and a small perfume as well !.!.!.
i find a sweat alot if im stressed/in a hurry !.!. so if ur going out allow urself lots of time so ur not in a hurry !.!. if u do feel hot just stop what ur doing!.!.drink some water and breathe!
