Heya,
I know how your feeling, i had this a while back!.
Luckily i didnt have to go to the doctor as it cleared up quite quickly!.
I drunk lots of water, and quite alot of dry cranberry juice, as this flushed the toxins and made it easier to go, i also ate alot of fruit and veg, as this is mostly water and also helped the 'toxin flush'
I never got round to it, but apparently Beetroot is good too :)
if things get too bad though, i do advice going to a doctor as it can get quite bad!.
Good luck

you most likely have a urinary tract infection!. its very common in women, and can be treated quite easily!. no food or products around the house are going to clear up infection; your best bet is antibiotics!. if you cant get to a doctor, there are some over the counter meds that may help with the symptoms (like uristat tablets), but antibiotics are the only solution to getting RID of the infection to where it wont keep reoccuring!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink plenty of water to flush out the system of toxins; you will also need antibiotics to clear up the infection!. UTI's must be treated!. Make an appointment to see your GP as soon as possible!.!.

A lot of people suggest drinking Cranberry juice, HOWEVER recent scientific study has suggested there is no proven benefits of drinking Cranberry Juice to aid treatment/prevention of UTI's!. I'm afraid it's another old wives tale!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bicarbonate of soda in some water to neutralise the acid in your urine!. Over the counter preparations all contain this!. Lots of cranberry juice can help too but is more useful as a prevention!. Drink lots of water to flush out the urinary tract!. You might need antibiotics if it gets too bad!.

Always wipe from front to back to avoid getting germs into the urethra!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can get over the counter remedies like Cymalon, but Its probably better to get something from your GP!. You could always call your out of hours GP service!. Call your surgery, there should be an answering machine message which will give you the number or call NHS direct!. 0845 46 47!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll need to go to the doctor and get antibiotics!. There are pills that you can buy over the counter to help with the symptoms of burning, etc!., but you'll need to visit your doc to get it cleared up before it spreads!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink lots of water - lots and lots! Or cranberry juice!.
By lots - I mean more than you think possible to drink!. It will help to flush it out!. Although if you are in for a severe bout it will only delay itWww@Answer-Health@Com
