I am 7 weeks pregnant, and I'm online at 7 a!.m!. because I am having period-like cramps too, so you're not the only one!.!.!.!.!.It's probably normal, it could be gas or like other people said, it could be our uterus's or because we're still early, whatever the case is, and i'm talking to myself and you, It's out of our control, it doesn't mean your losing your baby and it doesn't mean you have to rush to the ER, Just take it easy and they should pass, If your in excruciating pain, go see your doctor, as far as running to the Emergency Room, I don't see why, even if either of us were having a miscarriage, (which I don't believe we are) there is nothing the Emergency Room can do to stop it, It is in God's hands, whatever will be, will be!. This is something I'm trying to learn, as I have been on the internet for every little thing, We have got to just let go, and realize that it's beyond our control, I go to forum after forum with hundreds of pregnant women with symptoms, and you know what!? most of them turn out to be fine, we've all just got to stop stressing out, :) myself included! take care!Www@Answer-Health@Com
In early pregnancy, the uterus is "irritated" and MILD, period-like cramps are normal!. I had them with both my kids!. Check for spotting though, as cramping with brown or red spotting can be a sign of miscarriage!. Call your doctor's office tomorrow morning and speak with a nurse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Most websites tell you that may will have cramps!. Depending on how far along you are - you could be having Braxton Hicks contractions or cramps from implantation!. I had that when I was pregnant many times!. The problem was that I had eating fried food and hadn't in quite some time I got a bad case of heartburn and gas!. don't worry to much!.:_)

When I was first pregnant, I also had menstrual cramps!. It's normal in the beginning!. If it's later on, you should call your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
