By day 3 even ladies w/heavy cycles feel better but take extra strength midol to relieve bad cramps there is a thermal heat pad that will stay adhered to your abdomen and the heat at the source of pain really does help ease the discomfort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No dancing should actually be good for you!. Being active is good!. You might get tired, but that just depends on how much you dance, not necessarily because your on your period!. Dancing should not be harder!. What should you do!? Have a good time! It doesn't matter which *sanitary item* you use really, just make sure you bring a handbag with other items you may need in it!. God why am I in this section!? I need to go back to my beloved RHH section!.!.!.anyway, hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My period doesn't make me tired or anything!. But if I excercise, I feel slightly dizzy and lightheaded!. It might be kinda uncomfortable dancing with a pad or tampon!. Just watch out for your own mood swings!. It shouldn't be too bad!. Have fun~Www@Answer-Health@Com

being on you're period isn't going to change anything except that you might have to go to the bathroom once at the club to change your tampon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should wear a tampon, put an extra one in your purse just in case, take a couple of ibuprofen for cramps (if you need them) and party hardy the night away!. Have fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com
