I've had my period for 10-15 years now & have had NO cramps. Why?!

Question: I've had my period for 10-15 years now & have had NO cramps!. Why!?
I guess I'm lucky because I get NO pms symptoms :)

Does this mean when I have my first child it will not hurt as bad!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some (very lucky) women just won't experience cramps, maybe because your blood clots less when it evacuates the uterus!. Although a baby is still going to be 5-9 lbs making its way through the vagina, so I don't think they're very comparable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably just lucky that you have no PMS!. It is possible you experience it but not noticieably!. Perhaps in the form of water retention or mood swings instead of cramps, but women experience periods differently!. It doesn't mean that childbirth will be less painful, as this also depends on the woman!. Try reading about periods and childbirth to get more information!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not at all my dear!.!.childbirth hurts! Most women experience severe cramping during the 1st years of menses!. You just may be one of the lucky ones or have a high pain tolerance!. Lots of women due to a shift in hormones and other things being regulated began to experience some relief in adulthood w/ cramping!. Others say that after childbirth they have very little or no cramping!. But it changes throughout our life span!. So I wouldn't be surprised if they manifest later in life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

PMS symptoms have no relation to childbirth pains!.

I have a friend that has never had cramps, headaches, backaches, and the other nonsense that I go through every month!. I cannot get out of bed sometimes!.

It just depends on how your body works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are VERY lucky! Some women do and some don't!. Some start having them after they have labor with a child, after a tubal ligation (called tubal ligation syndrome) and some NEVER have them!. I would change places with you in a second! And no, labor is painful no matter what!.!.!.try passing a watermelon up your nose!.!.!.same thing! HA!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm pissed!. I get horrible cramps (and other symptoms) every time!.

Giving birth might not hurt as bad for you as it does for other women, but it's still gonna hurt so there's no getting around that lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Consider yourself lucky and don't try to project what childbirth will be like!. There is no way to tell what your experience will be since everyone's is different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth!. You are really lucky!. I don't know if you can correlate cramps to childbirth, but let us know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey dont knock it!. I have had five kids and my periods were worse before I had kids!. Periods do not affect how much pain you will or will not have during childbirth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Consider yourself lucky lol!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are lucky!

No that will not indicate if you will have pain with your first child or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're just lucky!. But that has no bearing on how it will feel to have a baby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
