ive heard of some women having a smelly downstairs mix up!.
what can a girl do when something like that happens!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
That depends!. If she has some kind of infection (usually denoted by a very strong "fishy" odor that was not present previously) then she should go to the doctor for treatment!. Unfortunately though, vaginas smell, well, like vaginas!. They aren't supposed to smell like fresh meadows or spring rain!.

The best thing to do to keep your vagina not stinky is just to take care of it properly!.

-Do not douche!. This can kill off the good bacteria that live in your vagina, and lead to irritation, even worse smells, or yeast infections!. Your vag is self cleaning, and unless there's something wrong, douching is completely unnecessary!.

- Don't use "scented" or "deodorant" pads, tampons, powders or sprays!. These can irritate your vagina, which can make you more susceptible to infection, which will make your vag smell worse!.

- Wear cotton panties, or none at all! Cotton breathes, unlike silky polyesters or other synthetics!. Allowing air to circulate near your bits will keep bacteria and yeast from overgrowing and causing funky odors!.

- Wash your vag gently!. Perfumed and coloured soaps and body washes are a big no-no!. They can cause irritation to the delicate tissues of your vagina!. As I said, the vag is self cleaning, so the "wet" parts shouldn't really need more than a good rinse to keep them clean!. If you must use soap, use something like Ivory or Dove, that is uncoloured and un- or lightly scented!. Never use antibacterial soaps on your hoo-ha unless directed by a doctor (or a piercer)

- Always wipe front-to-back in the bathroom to prevent the spread of bacteria, and make sure you dry off as much as possible!. (Warm moist environments are great breeding grounds for stink-inducing bacteria!.)

-Again, infections are denoted by new or worse-than-usual smells, often categorized as "fishy!." Often, but not always, these are accompanied by green, greyish, or clumpy white discharge!. If you suspect infection, a visit to your gynecologist or GP is in order!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's your 'usual' smell then try washing with a medicated soap to keep it free from excess bacteria!. Also, wear panty shields everytime you put on clean underwear!. If during the day, while at work or school, you need a quick refresher, carry some wet wipes and clean shields and clean up!.
If the smell is unusual or highly offensive then you may have an infection!. In this case you should see a doctor to have it remedied as quickly as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First get a check up to make sure you don't have a vaginal infection!. If you do not, then

1!. Douche with a solution of half a gallon of water to a half a cup of vinegar or try a commercial douche

2!. Use wet wipes after going to the bathroom

3!. Daily, wash with warm water and a very mild soap

4!. Douche after your period and once a week if you are having sexWww@Answer-Health@Com

well if its unusual you can go the gyno and make sure your PH levels are on tap!.!.eat things that are probiotic, eat lots of fruit like pineapple and strawberries!.!.yes they affect you!.!.cranberry juice!. Wash twice a day if necessary and wear cotton panties as much as possible as they allow your vagina to "breathe"

hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you mean her vulva!. Visit her gynecologist!. If she's bathing regularly, then she shouldn't smell!.

P!.S!.- A little bit of a musty smell is normal!. If it smells fishy or worse, then there could be a problem!. It ain't supposed to smell like roses though!.

P!.P!.S!.- Douching does more harm than good!. You don't need to clean inside your vagina!. It has natural bacteria that cleanses it!. Cleaning inside will only mess up your pH balance and possibly cause infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try rinsing your vaginal area in the shower every day!. Just use water, no soap needed!. Change tampons and pads every 3-4hrs!. Wear FRESH & CLEAN underwear every day!. DO NOT use a douche, it is BAD for you! You could use special soap for the vaginal area!. Summer's Eve makes a special soap for this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use feminine deoderant wash, spray, and wipes if it's that bad! Just shower as much as you need to to feel fresh!.!.!.but come on a place like that is not suppose to smell like flowers and daisies, people have a natural body odor!.!.it shouldn't stink or smell very loud!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
