Self-Confidence?!


Question: Self-Confidence!?
I seem to struggle with self confidence issues, I consistantly perceive myself as being overweight when in reality I believe that i'm at an entirely healthy weight (5'8 and 135 lbs!.)

Do you guys have any techniques that would boost my self confidence and help me feel better about myself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fake it!. Seriously, if you can put on a confident demeanor, and act like you love yourself and are the most awesome person there ever was, you'll begin to believe it!.

You might also try looking into some support, either in real life or online about body acceptance and self image issues!. It's pretty common for young women to see something in the mirror that looks nothing like their real body!. And that stinks!. Ask a doc or guidance counselor for RL suggestions, or PM me and I can send you some sites that might help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't worry!. my sister is 3 inches shorter and is that weight!. i don't think she is overweight at all!.

if you are worried, then work out or start running!. i wouldn't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
