got to your mom, however embarrased u might be bc she has done these things millions of times b4Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you just got your period like today then tell your parents it is probably easier to tell your mom!. Then you need to get some pads, or tampons, it doesn't really matter!. You might want to get some midol or something if so if you cramps it wouldn't be so bad!. But for right now tell your parents, or if you got an older sister tell her she can relate, and so can your mom!. Good luck=)Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off congrats and welcome to the club!
Ok so now you will want to go tell you mom yes it might seem embarassing but she will just be happy for you besides if you dont tell her how else are you suposed to get a pad!?! once your mom has given you a pad you take off the backing and stick it to your undies pretty basic stuff!. If you are having any pains like cramps back aches your everyday ibeprophin or asprin will most likely do the trick!.
I just wanna wish you good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
