Really Bad Cramping...What to do??!!??!

Question: Really Bad Cramping!.!.!.What to do!?!?!!!?!?

Im on my 3rd day and my cramping is realllly baddd!.
I took 2 tylonols!. And it's not helping!

I took it a half an hour ago!.

I heard taking a bubble bath helps!.
Any other suggestions!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well yea a warm bath always helps and excersize too but i dont take tylonols, i use midol it works better and takes care of everything :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
