Question: Butt/leg cramps during sex!?
I have been getting AWFUL butt and leg cramps during sex!. I am not prego, no STD's, not constipated, not menstrual!.!.!.!. it feels like a charley horse in my butt and it hurts SO bad!. Has anyone else had this problem!? Any idea on how I can get it to stop!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretching is nice, yes, but not spontaneous!. Honestly, you probably just need to drink more water to hydrate those muscles!. This happens to me during sex and definitey in my sleep!. Other folks recommend quinine, which I think is found in tonic water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have the same issue with my right leg, its not soo much in my butt as my calf! but it eventually turns into a charlie horse if we keep going in that same position! I normally have to be on top or on my knees in order to keep my leg from not cramping up! try diffrent positions not just spread eagle and it may help! because I know if Iam in spred eagle or something like it for more that 20 minutes my right leg goes crazy and cramps up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
well maybe it is just the position of your legs hips or butt!. i have the same problom but it could just be the postioning or you tensing up!. its ok, just try a new postion:) my boyfriend and i changed up postions and it felt so much better after that:) good luck and i hope that i helped:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
its your position your in!. try changing it up a little!. i get them and its funny, but its not!. i have to straighten out the leg and we laugh as we switch positions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i've gotten the odd cramp!.!. you should try stretching a few times a day!.!. not just before your gonna have sex!.!. it might help!.!. i know its bad enough your muscles tense up when your having sex!.!. but yah, try stretching!Www@Answer-Health@Com
