I know how to put on a yampon I just dont know were!. I dont understand the pics is see is it the hole closest to the butt at the lower end if the vagina!?!?Were else is there!?!?My mom said read the box but I dont understand the box!!!Can u please help meWww@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to understand your body is to look at it!. A drawn picture isn't going to be much help if you don't know whats down there!. Get a mirrior and look at what is there!. If you already have your period, run your finger along your know vagina and feel where the blood is comming from, that way you will have a better way to know where your tampon is supposed to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The is only one hole it will go in!. It won't fit in the pee hole or the anal hole!. Put it up a hole!. the hole it goes in is the right hole!.

There are only three holes!. The first closest to your belly button is your urethra where pee comes out!. A tampon probably would not fit in there anyway!. The middle one is your vagina which is where you put the tampon in!. And the last closest to your but is your anus which is where #2 come out!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

and honestly!.!.!. i find using the applicatiors to be more of a pain so i don't use them!. i just wash my hands everytime after!. it is ok! you will get it! and don't be afraid to find it with your hand either, it is your body and nothing to be ashamed of!.

all you have to do is insert it up there!.
it should slide in gentel!.
make sure the hold it at the end and then pull the card board down
it shouldn't feel anything to you!.
it takes a couple times ot get it right

just insert the tampon in the hole of your vagina!. slant it cuz otherwise it won't go in right (like it did for me the first couple of times i used one)
