Question: How Should I be prepared for my first period!.Im 12!.I have both pubic and underarm hair!?

Well!. If you have discharge, and your breasts get a little sore, you might be on the way of having your period!. Also pubic hair, and armpit hair!. Um, well you can just have a purse with you at all times, and bring some pads with you wherever you go, just incase!. And if you don't have a pad with you and you begin your period you should go to the restroom and rap toilet paper with your underwear :]
Then get home, and change into a pad, and make sure you shower daily! Hope i helped!.

Talk with you mom and and ask her about the monthy cycle and have her show you how to use a pad!. Make sure you have one with you at all times because you never know when it will come!. A monthy cycle can be very scary and beautiful at the same time!. Please stay close to your mom so you are able to share concerns with her when you first start!. We got told to practice using sanitary towels prior to 'starting'!. This worked v!. well as some people had no clue and at least they got to make the mistakes without too much hassle!. We went to an all girls school so everyone was quite understanding!. Just have stuff ready in your bag wherever you go!. Good luck :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
