okay im on my 3rd day tommorow (worst!)
and im able to put a tampon in at 10 (ill use the biggest kind)
but i wont be able to again until 5:30!
im gunna be in the water and swimming on the lake

For some unknown reason, I'm not a scientist but when you are in water your period stops suddenly!. It like if your in the bath tub you may notice the blood is not running out!. I would take some tampons and there has to be a changing place!. But I know that my daughter and I go to the water and have stayed many hours!. There was no blood on our swimsuits and of course the tampon just expanded and we changed before we came home!. Try the experiment at home in the tub!. When TSS is mentioned it is meaning prolonged (days) periods of wear are dangerous!. You should be fine!. Maybe take it out while swimming and then wad up some toilet paper in the form of a lining afterwards!. Someone around you HAS to have a tampon or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really need to change your tampon probably at least once before 5:30 it can be dangerous if you leave a tampon in for too long heard of TSS (toxic shock syndrome) if you haven't read about it in the warning paper that comes in the box of tamponsWww@Answer-Health@Com
Just say that you have to go to the bath room!. Hide a new one in a towel or something, then go to a bathroom or in the bushes and change them out!. if you go in the bushes just bury the old one and the wrappers!.

You should be ok!. however you should bring an extra tampon and change halfway through your swimming so you don't leak into the water!.
