You can't make them grow faster, period!. I'm a 32C now and I was flat as a board until I was 18!.
In the mean time, though, there are bras with padding!. Just don't suddenly start wearing them or else it'll be obvious!. Tell your friend to find a lined underwire in her size!. Molded cups are great because they add a little oomph, they hide your nipples, and they make your breasts look very nicely shaped!.
I'm sorry about the teasing, though!. I know how it is!. In middle school, the boys chanted "roses are red/violets aren't black/why is your chest/as flat as my back!?" People are cruel!. Just ignore it!. I'm sure you have other body parts that are very enviable!.

Tell your friend there is absolutely nothing that can make her breasts grow "faster!." Don't let her fall for any product that claims it can! At 14 she is nowhere done growing!. Let her know that only time will prove her breast size!.

You can't!.!.!.!.!.!.!.you get what you get i'm afraid!. Just because she is small now does not mean that she will always be small, she may just be a late developer!. If when she is older, she is still not happy, she could always get breast implants either privately or if in the uk, via the nhs due to self consiousness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay!. She should just be happy with her body!. When the time comes!. she will develop!. Trust me, every woman does!. But, you shouldn't try to make yourself larger!. It's just not right!. Be happy with what you have and ignore the "small-boob" comments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
