Question: What to expect when going to a gin ecologist!?
My mom wants me to get vaccinated with Gardasil, i say ok you never know what might happen in the future!. But i've never been to a ginecologist office before!. what kind of questions will she ask!? what is she (its a woman doctor) going to do!?

Good thing it is a woman Dr, they are soooooo better than men at this!. She will ask if you have had sex first of all, you need to be honest because that's important to get the Gardasil shots, she can NOT tell your Mother by law!. Also she will want to know if your periods are regular!.light/heavy etc!. basically general health stuff!.

The doctor will look inside you after inserting an instrument called a speculum, it helps open you up for a better look!. The pap smear is to check for abnormal cells on your cervix!. This involves taking a sample of the cells with a swab or stick!. The doctor will then remove the speculum and insert her fingers and press on your belly so she can feel your ovaries and uterus!. (its gynocologist) she'll ask if u've been sexually active and she'll give you the shot and other basic health questions like allergies and stuff!.!. no big deal!.!. she might push on ur lower abdomen to make sure things feel ok then she might do a slight exam to make sure ur ok and swab tests to make sure the bacteria are balanaced no yeast infections no cancer!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

she'll probably ask you if your sexally active!.and just give you the shot you can get it from your pediatrician that's where i get mine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
