Question: Discharge, PEriod!?!?!?!?
um i've only had my period for 1 month!. so i dont know when it is going to come in 28-35 days or something lke that!. my discharge is getting darker so might it start next week!?!? Help plz :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first couple years might be different each month!. But it's good that you're paying attention; that'll help you understand your cycle as it starts to regulate!. You probably wont be able to tell the exact time or the exact date it will start for a few years!. If you have PMS symptoms (cramps, bloating, etc) those might also help you determine when you'll start!. Basically, just pay attention for the first few months, maybe even write down what you feel each day so when you look back at the calendar you can see a pattern!. In the meantime, stay armed with pads or tampons or whatever you're using, because it can be pretty unexpected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
this is very hard to tell when it is only your first time!. after 6 mounths you may have a little bit of a pattern but be for that it is hard to tell!. you will not be sure about it for about 5 years!. that is the normal thing that will happen!. if you think it will happen soon then wear a pad for a few days to be sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
