#2 & PMS (Women Only)?!

Question: #2 & PMS (Women Only)!?
Hey everyone, I have a question about my period!. The last time I had my period was May 23-29!. I'm not sexually active or on birth control!. I didn't get my period for the month of June because I was stressed!. I'm not stressed right now, but I have most of the PMS symptoms, is my period around the corner or am I gonna skip again!?

I woke up w/ cramps this morning & went #2 a lot of the day, I know I didn't eat anything that was poisoned but I felt like I was gonna get my period, only it didn't come!. Is it normal to go #2 a lot before your period!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
yes its normal to have bowel movements around the time your period starts because the uterine contractions that cause the cramps!. since everything is so closely related down there, and your body naturally tenses during uterine contractions, it will push the bowel out (trying to say it as nicely as possible since you are obviously shy about the subject based on your question)!. give it a few days and see if it comes!. if not see a Gynecologist to see if you have underlying medical condition like endometriosis or ovarian cyst which would also account for irregular periods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely!. Your cycle changes your hormones and hormones affect the digestive system!. I know some friends who, ahem, like Immodium before a period, shall we say!?

Also, your pre-menstral symptoms can change from cycle to cycle!. This is not necessarily a sign that you will always get it now, but is possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
