go running, even if you have to stop often, the jarring movement with make your muscles have so stabilize themselves and thus give youa toner all over appearence!. Make sure to eat a healthy breakfast everyday, so that you body will not store fat in those unwanted places!. Also, buy and exercise ball!. A very good investment!.
