about a week ago i had a brown dot un my underwear!. but i havent seen it for the last week just that white stuff!.
but i have noticed that im getting cramps alot and im always tired!.

Well the brown dot might have been dried blood, so i guess you just have to wait and you'll see!.
I suggest you wear pantie liners because it might be coming soon, because you might not be experiencing cramps right before you get it, its good to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's the beginning of it!. it may come in the next few days, or next month!. Mine started that way for a few days and then was a full on period for my first one!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
