Is my doctor going to induce me?!

Question: Is my doctor going to induce me!?
Last week I went to my doctor and showed him that I was starting to get a rash on my belly, he said it was normal and let me go on my way!. I found out later that week (on my own, not from my doctor!) that I have PUPPP and it's gotten significantly worse, in 3-4 days I went from minor itching with NO bumps to severely itchy with bumps all over my body (feet, legs, butt, lower back, arms)!. Well today I saw him again and he didn't confirm or deny that it was PUPPP, he just looked concerned and now wants me to go to the hospital 3 times a week to have the baby monitered and meaured and have her amniotic fluid measured and said something about possibly inducing me soon!.!.!.why is he spazzing out over PUPPP, I know it's PUPPP because I have looked it up along with other skin rashes and I know it's PUPPP!.!.!.Do you think he will be inducing me soon!?!?!? I'm 37!.3 weeks pregnant!.

Also , he told me to take BENADRYL and if itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
puppp is a benign dermatalogical skin condition!. it will definatly make you uncomfortable and the benadrylshould help the itching and discomfort Labor being induced is a common treatment if the mother starts gaining too much excess weight or if they notice that the baby is having problems!.it is progressive which means it will get worse unless treated but at almost 38 weeks there shouldnt be any major risk with inducement !. i would get some info from the internet and take it in to your doctor the next time you go and show it to him and say look this is what i found and i need to know what is going on!. its your baby and your body so dont sit in the dark be proactive!. CONgratulations babies are wonderfull!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
