How many years, When Ladies and some men First started to shave there legs?!

i know that women in the US were shaving their legs in the 1950s

Well i'm an older man,but my mom told my x gf yrs ago that don't shave your legs,unless they really need it,i believe 13 or 14yrs old for a young lady,cause the more you do it the faster and thicker the hair will grow in,i wish i was young,the first of the paragraph i wrote,geez it was about 27yrs ago when i was young!.German ladies don't shave their arm pits or legs,yeah i think it's gross to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think I first did it when I was eight, because all my cousins were so much older than i was and they were all doing it at the time and I wanted to be just like them!. But them I started actually doing it regularly when I was about 11-12!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was 9 years old and i have to say that i regret it cause now my hairs are very thick!. i bleed when i shave and get alot of ingrown hairs!. i have no choice now but to wax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
