Sounds like you could be getting ingrown hairs!. They occur when hair gets shaved below the surface of the skin and dead skin cells/oils/etc block the hair follicle causing the hair to grow back down into the skin leaving you with red irritated bumps (that sometimes can hurt)!.

Noxema makes razors specifically for that area!. You could try using Nair or something else along those lines!. Don't use a lot of pressure when shaving!. What I found helps is exfoliating with a nice salt scrub (I use Arbonne, but Victorias Secret sells some nice exfoliators) every day keeps the pores open so hair can grow back normally!. If you don't want to do that, take a wash cloth and scrub against the direction of hair growth!. Just helps keep everything open!. I also have a razor just for that area (since they tend to wear down quicker) and another for my legs/armpits!.

You're not alone, and you're not doing anything wrong :) You've just gotta find what works for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get those all the time!

those are razor bumps and some can be ingrown hairs!. just lotion the area every night before you go to sleep!. its going to happen everytime you wax or shave down there since that skin is really sensitive!. if it hurts its ingrown hairs most definitly just leave them their they will grow out some people pop them and usually puss comes out and thats it its out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its normall,bu it sounds like you have sensitive skin so id stay away from waxing, when shaving use a 4 or 5 blade razor and hair conditioner, and never dry shave, after shaving moisturise with a non perfumed moisturiser,as perfumed will irritate it!.
