its an urgent thing and i have to lose 3 pounds by tomorow its 2:15pm here if you are wondering i woke up 2 hours ago and i didint eat anything!. im thinking of not eating or drinking for the rest of the day inorder to lose 3 pounds by tommorow, what els should i do; and i dont care if its unhealthy!!!! i dont even care if ill gain it all bak!!!!!!i8 need to lose it for tommorow !?!? but what I used to lose weight during wrestling season was a cup of lime juice, and powder chili!. Drink it completely, and it should loosen your stomach up, but be ready, those 3 pounds will come out fast, so be near a bathroom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
