10c is pretty good, not too big and not too small, people usually reere it as the perfect size
and your very lucky too! Im 15 and im a 12c, which make me look soo flat chested
BTW mesurments go like this, you clothing size which is the 10 and the cup or boob size which is the C
and they go from A being the smallest to F being astronomical!! Not good to be bigger than a DWww@Answer-Health@Com

isn't it impossible to be a 10!?!?
To be a C as age 13 is not big however!. i'm 14 and mine are a D!.!. but i've got a big of extra weight!. they are ment to be a C and have been since 7th or 8th grade!.
