I find the best thing is to concentrate on my breath - slow inhalation and a long, slow exhalation - then start to count the breaths !.!.!. backwards from 27:
"I am breathing in 27, I am breathing out 27!.
I am breathing in 26, I am breathing out 26 !.!.!."
etc!. until you get to 1 - if you lose your place (and you're sure to do that) just go back to 27 again!

if you have a lot of things on your mind try taking some time and just writing everything down if its a list or just some thoughts!. it definately helps to clear your mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
exercising before bed is a bad idea!.!.!.!.exercising gets ur metabolism going and release adrenalin among other hormones and will probably keep you up longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
take nyquil like an hour before bed!. but best to only do it once or twice!. you really dont want to get hooked on depending on medicineWww@Answer-Health@Com
