In my teens i severed from really bad acne, which not only affected my face but my chest and back as well, ive still got so many scars on my back and a few on my chest,
that never really bothered me that much, until i met my bf (now my hubby) obviously u know what blokes are like they just love sex, i love having sex with my hubby , but i hate taken my upper clothing off i feel really uncomfortable, i think he does know that i have acne but doesnt probably know how bad it is!. ive tried so many treatments but nothing weems to work!.
What would u girls do!? would u have sex fully nude or just take u bottom half off!? any tips for me!?!? coz this is really getting to me, i cant even please my hubby and that really makes me upset!.

I have had back acne also!.!.and have been left with some ugly looking scars!.Ok so firstly you mentioned that you THINK your boyfriend may know that something is bothering you!.I advise you to try and talk to him about it and open up!.!.!.a problem shared is always a problem halfed!.
I dont know if there are treatments for scarring but im sure there are !.!.so visit your G!.P to see if he/she could help maybe!.Remember!.!.!.your husand married you because he loves you and has promised to always commit to you!Im sure your acne scars mean nothing to him at all! and make NO difference at all!.
You could also suggest dimming the lights when you decide to errrm!.!.make love:)!.!.be proud of your body everyones is different and no ones is completely perfect!.
Please be sure to open up to him though when you two are alone,it will definately help you to ease your mind

If your uncomfortable with taking your top off then only strip from the waist down!. If he wants you to stri more then just tell him how you feel, he should understand!.!.!.
Try goin on the pill, that's great for acne, really calms your skin down and you won't get pregant! :)

There are some great creams that get rid of acne scars now!.
But i'm sure your husband doesnt think twice about them to tell you the truth!. I have severe psoriasis, i am covered in it and my husband says he doesnt even notice it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont always take my top off but i dont have a husband or a boyfriend! but hes your husband right!? he loves you no matter what just rember that!. getting fully naked and seein that it doesnt bother him would mos prob give u a huge confidence boost!.

I can't imagine it would bother your husband, but if it's scars you're worried about, then invest in Bio Oil!. It repairs the skin, no scars visible!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh, poor you ! I can sympathise with you there I have something about myself which I really dont like and have developed ways of hiding it over the years, even though I am a dancer and in the public eye a lot , I still feel awkward about this thing as regards my husband!.

Because the problem is not with your husband its with the way you view yourself (same here) so maybe you could shop for some really nice lingerie that will make you feel and look sexy but hide the bits you are not happy with!.
try some soft coloured lights in the bedroom to soften and diffuse!. Avoid sunbathing as you will only accentuate the scars try instead using some tanning creams ones with a shimmer will work well as this is good for distracting and diffusing the look of scars!.
Hopefully over time your confidence will build and you will not be so concerned about it, but it does take time!.

Try scargel!. I have the same problem, except i'm still a teen and never had sex!. I can totally understand that you didn't care much till you find your significant other!. Scargel works very well for me!. Buy it at walgreens, or CVs pharmacy, or Rite Aid, theres so many!. Now for your scar issue get the ones in a bigger bottle!. for your back, face, neck (if you have any there) and chest!. Take two or three, but I think they're more than $10, but less than $20!. I used to have really bad acne but it was only on my face, my mom took me to a dermatologist and we tried everything and it didnt seem to work, i even went on birth control for a while because of it (not because i was having sex, just for the acne) and that didnt seem to work either, i eventually went on something called accutaine!. It worked amazingly!. It almost completely went away, and its like a cure, once your done taking it, it wont come back!. Later i found out that i have rosacia too, but its not that bad, she gave me a sulfer face wash and i have to wear a really strong sunscreen on my face if i go out in the sun for a long period of time!. But ive been 100% acne free for about a year and a half now!. Try going to a dermatologist and see what they say!. They wont give up untill you find something that works!
Also, i dont want to sound like im lecturing you, but i doubt if he really loves you he wouldnt care!. I have my problems too, but my boyfriend doesnt care, he thinks my flaws make me better and more unique! haha

well you do have a problem and yeah I kinda know how you feel I dont have anything like that but i have a lot of scars all over my body
I think you should have a talk with your bf one day somewhere where you feel comfortable and explain to him that you have this problem because he has to get you if hes your bf!.And if he loves you he wouldnt mind that you have acne!.
About taking top off its up to you really some people might be embaressed of it for the start like I was,but you can also start moving on little by little taking the clothe off its like nobodys perfect and he has to take your body the way it is if he loves you and besides its only you and him noone else is there!.If i were you Id take my time and then would have taken it off when i had enough courage,but Im not you so its up to you to make a decision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
