Question: 8 Days since IUI, I have cramps!. I did not wait and did a HPT, neg!. Can I still be Preg!?

IUI on 7/9 and started cramping on 2 to 3 days later and now cramping as start in my pelvis!. I did the HPt and it was depressing!. I just need feedback if this has happen to anyone during the IUI process!. Blood work schedule on 7/23Www@Answer-Health@Com
