i want to feel better
like look prettier, feel healthier and be better i guess

Well, I feel the same way!.
I want to feel more healthier and "prettier"!.
So this is what I'm going to do before school starts!.
1!. Make sure my acne are gone!. I used to have really bad skin!. But now it's getting better everyday!. Not sure if you have any!. But be confident with you're apperance!. Nobody else looks like you, so you're pretty in anyway!.
2!. Start a exercising habit!. I have decided to use biking for this!. Biking 30-60 minutes a day will totally make you feel very healthy!. I started yesterday and this morning, I felt great! But sore, I just need some time to get used to it!.
3!. Be better!? Not sure what you mean by that!.!.!.but if you mean in school, then you should give big effort!. Me, when I was in grade 3-4, I was average!. My GPA would be a B or something like that!. But when I went to grade 5, I started to REALLY REALLY give out an effort and my GPA went up to A-!. After having a A- as GPA, I started giving out more effort!.
So effort is really what you need to succeed in class!.

Go to the doctor and see if you may need an anti-depressant or vitamins!. If you feel bad, unhealthy , unattractive and just generally off from what you normally feel, you may need medication or just therapy!. You should really go see a doctor!. if you wanna feel better then love yourself for who you are
hey you dont need to look prettier being prettier wont change how people treat you but it will kinda make you a little better
if you wanna be healthier go exercise,go jumprope or biking ,thats what i do everyday

You just drink a lot of water, eat healthy (no fast food/processed food, or at least try to minimize it), and exercise! Go jogging! Anyways, good luck, and give me best answer! You must have the mind set to succeed, but since you are asking the question you probably have it!. Exercise, even if it is walking around the park or riding your bike!. Eat right, small healthy meals!. I found that if you have a routine it makes it easier!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a new hair style!.!.!. get a facial, mani-pedi, try some new things but do it so you have enough time to change it if you don't like it for school!. Also maybe go shopping for back to school clothes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you wear makeup!.!.tone it down a little, get alot of sleep, exercise, wear loose but fitting clothes, and go shopping, or get your nails done! that always make me feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
