Question: Worried about what her period could mean!?
Shes been having symptoms such as breast tenderness as well as being very frequently now she had her period and she says its really thick and a really dark red almost brown and she said it was like this last month she heard it means she could still be pregnant and that the blood is old or something like thatany thoughts or ideas
I had her take a home pregnancy test but it was negative obviously shes going to be going to the doctor Im looking for thoughts on what it might mean not just GO SEE A DOCTORWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm pretty sure this isn't because she is pregnant!. Sometimes the blood colour and texture can vary when a women is menstruating!. I don't think its any cause for concern but I looked it up and found this!.
"Dark brown, thick blood is old blood!. Sometimes blood stays in the uterus for a few days, and when it comes out it is brown!. Think about how a bloodstain on clothing looks after a few days -- it does not stay bright red!. If associated with severe cramping, this brown blood may be a sign that the cervical opening is too narrow, preventing free flow of menstrual blood; the blood sits in the uterus for a while, until contractions of the uterus push it out!."
Doesn't sound like you have to much to worry about, happens to most people once in a while, just relax!.
However if she is really concerned tell her to ask her mom or a doctor!.

As for the thick, dark red/brown blood!.!.!.That could also be normal!. Some woman get very heavy periods, some have very dark blood!. Usually, dark blood comes when the period is almost over, near the end of the cycle!. But if its heavy, I don't know!.
It's a good thing your seeing a doctor, because it's better to be sure, but this all sounds like a normal menstrual cycle to me!. Tenderness!.!.!.thick blood!.!.!.dark blood!.!.!.Nothing out of the ordinary!. Then again, there's always the chance of some kind of problem!.

No shes not, those are hormonal changes!. I had the same problem if she was preggo, it'd be very light and a bright red and come on for a day and go right off compared to the usual 3 to 5 days!. I go up nearly an entire cup size before my cycle every month so thats normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hi,dont worry she is not pregnant ,period isnt like watch and in some girls even in one girl in different mount is different symptoms !.she has a normal period with different sign!. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How old is she!? Might not mean anything!. Lots of girls have tender breast and dark blood when they have their periods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
prolly nothing if your still worried give it a couple weeks and take anothe3r test, if its neg then your in the clear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
