Question: I have a dance competition tomorrow, and my period is RLY coming down!!!!!!?!?!?
okay i havnt had my period since like January, so i thought, okay, no big deal, it wont come for the competition!. i guess i tempted fate, cuz now its COMING DOWN! i mean WOW, its never been this heavy!. I cant wear a pad w/my tiny little leotard, and i only have light tampons on me - and i think they'll be filled in like 2 seconds if this keeps up!!!!!

I so totally understand where your coming from!.
The advice i'd give is tomorrow morning, if you live near a local shop go there and buy some heavy tampons!.
Or you coul just wear a pad, maybe no-one will notice!.

The only thing that I can think of to help you, is purchase new tampons that are made for a heavier flow, otherwise I don't know what to tell you!.

You should get some different tampons that would help and also try and change it often!.Could you wear like 2 pairs of underwear under!? That could help if there any leakages!. But you should be ok :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
go buy some new tampons that
are for heavy flows!

and if you still feel uncomfortable about
it then wear a panty liner along with your tamponWww@Answer-Health@Com
