Ok here goes, lol!.!.!. Im miserable!.!. 29 weeks 2 days, lol!.!.!.!. I feel as if my belly can get no bigger,, though i know it can and will, its inevitable!.!. I have had no belly button since week 25, lol!.!.!. just a stomach, no hole!. Every time i stand up, I get the worst BH contraction, or if i sit down for long periods of time!. Every time i pee, i try to be careful because it feels as if my vagina is breaking in half from the pressure, and i picture the baby ploppin out into the toilet, lol!. Constant lower back and butt pain, and just recently upper inner thigh pain/ pressure!.!.!.!. anyone else as miserable as me!? lol!.!.!.!.Thats really my only question, I know im pretty healthy, and everything seems to be going ok!.!.!. But on a lighter note, I did find out today at my 29 week ultrasound, that she weighed 3 pounds, has a head full of hair, and her feet are about 2 1/2 inches long, lol, and she is fully engaged in the pelvis, parallel to my bladder, (but she has been low like that the whole time)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
the braxton hicks contractions although uncomfortable are the way that the muscles around your uteris are trying to get ready for laboryour inner thigh pain and pressure are also from the ligaments getting softer due to the hormones in your body prepareing you for labor it might hurt alot but everything will be just fine!. I went thru the same thing with my last baby and the only thing my doctor said was next time keep your legs closed my hubby laughed and i just sat there!.Warm water helped me a lot i would just sit in the bottom of the tub and let the shower run on my belly and back that really helped with the pain and discomfort!. other than that congrats on the little girl they are very precious good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Congratulations! All sounds pretty normal and nauseatingly famililar! I have twins and everytime I walked a ligament would snap in my groin! Worse 9 months of my life!. Horrible heartburn, BH for the last 3 months!. Had a C-section, two boys 7lbs and 6lbs!. I also had post-partum depression but at 6 weeks a switch went on and everything was fantastic! Sorry about the negativeness, it's my right of passage to complain and your's to ignore ;7) All the best!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pregnancy is tough!. Not everyone loves it as much as they make it seem on TV! Your symptoms are normal, you are healthy and the baby is healthy!.

Some women find that doing "mommy yoga" is a very helpful way to reduce some of the symptoms, as well as to make themselves feel better!. See if there is a class in your area!. Swimming can also help, see if there is a "mom-to-be" swim class in your area!

Don't worry, it'll all be over soon, and it will all be worth it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

aw! a sweet baby girl!.! Boys are great! I have 3, but when a daughter comes along, especially for me, 15 years after my last son!! It's beyond words! I never had a favorite word until I had her!.!. Daughter!.!. I named her Kaitlen Grace!. Kaitlen means pure, and Grace, unmerited favor!.!. So yeah, she's pure grace!.!. Also, my brother's name is Len!.!. So that's why the spelling!. Congrats!!!!!!! You are so blessed!! It's worth the discomfort!. I'm so happy for YOU!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are in your first pregnancy!. I suggest you go to a coach to learn about your body changes and labor!. Second, you must get some exercise!. Start very slow!. A recumbant bike will strengthen your abdominal muscles and ease some of your back pain!. Its late, but not too late to make some improvement!.

Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well its not easy, everything its hardest, i mean everything, even the most stupid thing!. and sometimes theres pain involved!.!.!. try to rest as much as you can specially if the baby is so low, so the baby keeps inthere as long as you canWww@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, you must enjoy this period in your life and your child's IT'S THE EASIEST ONE!. Carrying the baby with all that your are going through is still the best part!. I gave birth to two boys and raised one girl and two boys from my exhusband now!. So just have fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds normal! I do know how you feel-I had my last baby boy in April & I was miserable the whole time I was pregnant! Is this your first pregnancy!? I was told you fell worse with every pregnancy! If I had known that I would have had just one baby! Good luck & Congratulations!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its just because the baby is low!. As she turns she will adjust!. In the mean time your body will adjust to the pressure, things will be fine!. Congrats and good luck through the pregnancyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know exactly how you feel, with my first I had the same s/s as you , except I always had a belly button!. With my second I did low impact exercises like yoga and I was much more comfortable throughout my pg and labor was quicker and easier and I had NO epidural ( with either) !. I'm a nurse also, speak to your Dr!. Also lay on your left side it is better for baby and relieves pressure on a large vein that is on the right side and use a body pillow with your knee bent upon it!. Frequent resting in this position will be of help and PLEASE write down everything you have here and take it to your Dr!. It sounds like everything is going as it should and the baby is doing wonderful, Congrats and best of Luck, Amanda

I know you have had a lot of answers but I wanted to share what happen with me!. I had those same problems and finally went to the ER!. Found out the vaginal wall was so swollen from the BH that they gave me blood pressure meds and went away!. You might just want them to check you out, put you on a monitor and do a vaginal exam!.
Good luck
it is sooooo worth all we go through but hell when we are doing it!. You shouldnt be that uncomfortable already so talk to the doctor and tell them how ofen the Bh are!. they didnt believe me and when they did the exam there was so much swelling in the vagianl wall they could barely do it!.
