Question: Personal Question: What is wrong with not douching!?
I was talking with friends and they were talking about that and i said i have never douched before in my life!.!.!.And they were like oh my god then your not extra clean down there which i do not believe when i take very good care of myself and my body parts, anyhow i was always told that douching is not good for you!.!.!.
Is it so wrong not to douche or not want too!? Because i never will, i see no point in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing is wrong with not douching!. I have never done it because I learned back in 5th grade health class it was unnecessary and could do more harm than good!. Also my ob/gyn has always said not to do it!. Plus my RE requests that any of his patients that do douche to stop not just for ttc but for their overall health!. It can force bacteria into places it shouldn't be, cause rashes and irritations, and it does hurt the ttc process!. Don't worry you are not alone in the "not douching catagory"!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
LOL, actually, douching is realy ironic, because it actually usually brings in extra bacteria and your vagina is designed to naturally clean out itself!.
(Doesn't sound too natural sticking something up you to clean, now does it!?)
