Question: Are bifocals normal for a 16 year old!?
Okay, I'm 16 and I've always considered my vision to be awesome!. Lately though, my reading has been getting blury as well as my distance vision!. I went to the optometrist yesterday!. I'm getting BIFOCALS! Is this weird for a 16 year old!? And I'm getting the Progressive lenses though so that's good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think its weird, although I have never had them!. My vision in 20/40-20/50!. I mean if your eyes are bad enough that you need them then no, its not weird!. Everyones eyes are different!. My parents are both in TRIFOCALS!.!.!.so dont fell bad!.!.!.:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I know people that started wearing glasses at the age of 12!. My little cousin is 9 and he started wearing glasses at the age of like 5!.
