Answers:
It is definitely a good idea!. Not only does it help with acne and lightening of the period it actually helps to regulate your mentral cycle!. I heard that Yaz is pretty good, but honestly they all work the same!. I have been on several!. It kinda depends on your body, everyone is different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Loestrin Fe (generic name: Microgestin Fe) is a standard birth control, 3 weeks on, 1 week off (but you can take it without an off week if you choose)!.

I was put on this 8 years ago for my heavy, painful periods (Mettleschmerz syndrome) and it has worked for me!. The benefit is the little Fe at the end there!.!.!.that means that there's extra iron in it!. Not only do women typically need more iron because we don't ingest enough, but heavy flows like ours certainly help us lose more blood, and thus iron!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im exactly like you
-acne on back and lots of forehead
-not had sex since 2 years ago
-tried every possible acne cream but didnt work!.

doctor prescribed me dianette and im on my lsat cycle of pills( i was given 3 cycles to regulate my period, which is also heavy, and my acne, all of which showed that i had a mild form of PCOS-google it)!.
Im going to stop taking it though, so maybe take one pack like me, and see how it goes!.

my mum has a mild form of PCOS and told me not to take it either, its just not good to go on medicine in general!. acne wise i recommend you to just leave it to go away instead of taking medicine -it might affect your health more!.

good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you doctor will probably put you on a low dose pill (Alesse) to start and you take that for 3 months and go back and if you need to you can switch to a higher dosage you can!. Word of warning though, it may take many pills to get it right!. When i went on Alesse i kinda got VERY moody and irritable!.!.!. :P!.!.!. anyways you doctor will tlak to you about all the different brands!. good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
